Seated Back Stretch

Seated back stretch
The seated back stretch is a great exercise for anyone who has to sit for prolonged periods of time each day and do not have the time to take any movement breaks. The seated back stretch can be done in the chair you are on, plus its very simple and quick.
How-To Steps:
- Begin in a seated position
- Lace your fingers together and turn your hands so that your palms are facing away from you. Push your hands away from you while you round your upper back, and slowly sink your chin into your chest.
- Hold this position for 10-30 seconds, then slowly go back into a seated position.

*Never do an exercise that causes you pain*
