Calf Exercise

Calf Exercise- Two up, One down
This calf exercise is great for strengthening your calves! It also is great for anyone who is dealing with heel pain. This exercise is fast, strengthening, and all you need to complete this exercise is a step.
*If you are not confident with your balance this may not be the exercise for you.
*Please use the wall or railing to help with balance if needed.
How-To Steps:
- Stand tall and place your feet on the step with your heels slightly lowered.
- Push both heels into the air.
- Once both heels are elevated, lift one leg up so your pressure goes through the other leg.
- Slowly lower back down, take at least 3 seconds to lower down. Once you have lowered your heel, place the leg that is raised back down and repeat the steps. Two heels push up, one heel gets lowered down.
