Standing back stretch

We have shown you the seated back stretch, and now here is the standing back stretch! This standing back stretch is great to stretch out your back and alleviate any tension from your long days! You can do this quick stretch at your work desk, at home, outside, or anywhere!

How-To Steps:

  1. Begin standing with your right foot forward and holding onto the back of a chair.
  2. Keeping your feet facing forward, reach behind you with your left arm. Keep your arm at shoulder height and allow your gaze to follow your left arm.
