Seated Elbow Supination

Seated Elbow Supination is a great exercise to help you if you are experiencing pain with opening doors, opening jars, or if you play sports like baseball or golf. This exercise is easy to do and can help ease your wrist or elbow pain!

How-To Steps:

  1. Begin sitting in a chair with good posture. Bend forward slightly so that your elbow rest nicely on your thigh.
  2. Find a small weight, and hold it upright. Then slowly rotate your wrist inwards, if you are holding the weight with your right hand, rotate your wrist to the left.
  3. Rotate your wrist until the weight is facing the floor, then slowly rotate your wrist back to the original position!
