Posture Stretch

This posture stretch is a great exercise if you are looking to stretch your upper back and neck. This posture stretch is a deep stretch that will tire your back muscles, which makes it a good stretch!

How-To Steps:

  1. Begin leaning against a wall, with your hips, shoulder blades, and head touching the wall.
  2. Stand tall and tuck in your chin. Then raise your arms over your head without moving any points of contact with the wall.
  3. Slowly repeat 10-15 times.
