Neck Extension Exercise

This neck extension exercise is great for those who spend hours at their desk and finds their neck feeling stiff or sore. Try it out to find some neck pain relief!

How-To Steps:

  1. Start by draping either a towel or pillow over your shoulder and grab hold of the towel’s ends.
  2. Place the edge of the towel along the sore part of your neck.
  3. Gently pull the towel forward and look up. Be mindful not to push past the pain and adjust the pull of the towel to coincide with your neck motion.
