Seated Spinal Twist

The seated spinal twist is great for a quick back and shoulder stretch. Done right in your chair as a quick break from work this simple stretch provide a posture reset from slouching at the desk all day.

How-To Steps:

  1. Sit on a chair with your right leg crossed over the left leg.
  2. Bring the left hand over your legs and place the back of your hand against your legs
  3. Swing the right hand over the back of the chair and pull towards yourself until you feel a stretch in your back

*Hold the stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeat on the other side. Do this stretch as needed as a break to get moving throughout the day!
