Knee to Chest Stretch

This stretch is great for a relaxing stretch in the lower back and hip flexors, perfect if you have a bit of time and space to relax.

How-To Steps:

  1. Begin by lying on the ground or a table
  2. Bend one leg up and use your hands to bring your knee as close to your chest as possible to feel a strong but comfortable stretch

*Hold the stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeat on the other side. Do this stretch as needed as a break to get moving throughout the day!

*Never do an exercise that causes you pain*
