Supine Toe Tap
This exercise is a great core exercise, with no additional equipment needed and no stress on the back.
How-To Steps:
- Start by lying on your back with your legs up and knees bent to 90 degrees.
- Gently touch one foot down the ground and return back to the starting position. Alternate feet and repeat.
*Reps: 8-15 Sets: 2-5 Frequency: 2-4 times/week.
