How-To Steps:
- With your feet about shoulder-width apart, hold a dumbbell in each hand – the weight should be something you’re comfortable with holding for a few minutes.
- Keep your arms straight and relaxed at your sides, lift onto your toes, then lower back down with control.
Do 10 reps, 3 times.
