The Seated Hamstring Leg Stretch

The Seated Hamstring Leg Stretch is one of our favorites since it is a great exercise to relieve tension in the lower back and thigh. It is also a very simple exercise you can easily incorporate into your daily activities. If you have tight hamstrings or lower back muscles, try this exercise! It will only take a couple of minutes, can be done at work or at home, and can make a big difference.

How-To Steps:

  1. Sit on the edge of a chair or bed with one leg straight out while the other knee stays bent.
  2. Keep your back straight and lean forward until you feel a stretch behind your thigh.
