Leg Stretch: Seated Hamstring Stretch

The Seated Hamstring Leg Stretch
The Seated Hamstring Leg Stretch is one of our favorites since it is a great exercise to relieve tension in the lower back and thigh. It is also a very simple exercise you can easily incorporate into your daily activities. If you have tight hamstrings or lower back muscles, try this exercise! It will only take a couple of minutes, can be done at work or at home, and can make a big difference.
How-To Steps:
- Sit on the edge of a chair or bed with one leg straight out while the other knee stays bent.
- Keep your back straight and lean forward until you feel a stretch behind your thigh.

*Never do an exercise that causes you pain*
