Elbow Exercise

Elbow Strengthening Exercise
This is a great exercise to strengthen around the elbow joint and prevent or rehab from elbow injuries. This will help train the decelerators of the elbow to help protect against sports or overuse injuries at the elbow.
How-To Steps:
- Hold a weight in your hand with your palm facing away from you. Place your upper arm on a flat surface parallel to the ground with your knuckles facing the ceiling.
- Slowly lower the weight towards the surface while keeping your elbow and shoulder in the same place.
- Once at a steady lowered position, hold this for a few seconds then SLOWLY lift the weight back up to its original position.
- Repeat as prescribed.
