Knee Extension Exercise

Knee Extension Exercise
We’re big fans of the knee extension exercise—it’s a breeze to set up, and you don’t have to hassle with getting down on the floor, which can be a bit tricky for some folks. This move is perfect for strengthening those quad muscles, making it super helpful for various knee and hip conditions. It’s a safe workout, and you’ll definitely feel the burn!
How-To Steps:
- Sit in a chair with both feet flat on the floor and knees bent to 90 degrees. Place a circle band (or a resistance band tied up to form a loop) around your feet.
- Gradually extend one knee while keeping the other anchored on the floor, creating resistance against the band.
- Extend the knee fully, hold for 10 seconds, and then release. Repeat this sequence 10 times.

*Never do an exercise that causes you pain*
