The Forklift – Shoulder Exercise

Here’s a fantastic shoulder exercise that works wonders for stability and helps ease any discomfort during overhead tasks.

How-To Steps:

  1. Grab a resistance band and pull it outward until it’s under tension, with your elbows at your sides and bent to 90 degrees.
  2. Keep that tension as you lift your arms overhead. Make sure your elbows don’t come together; they should stay the same distance apart throughout the entire motion.
  3. Slowly go back to the starting position and give it another go.
  4. Repeat for a good shoulder workout!
