I am so grateful to have chosen the West End Physiotherapy Clinic last October. Six days earlier, I couldn’t even walk due to osteoarthritis in my left knee. It is a very friendly, welcoming and professional clinic. I am even more grateful to have met Moriah Thorpe. She really knows her business and set me up immediately with a thoughtful and comprehensive plan of action.
More than that, she is compassionate, friendly and encouraging, and has taken genuine delight in my progress; which has been significant. When I think about how many clinics there are (and even more therapists) I can’t believe how lucky I was to cross paths with Moriah.

I went here on a recommendation from a friend and they were right. I wanted to start jogging/running and had knee pain almost immediately. Bryan was able to get me working on strengthening the knee and I was back to running without pain within a few weeks.

Moriah has been so great helping me with my back pain. She is so invested in her client’s health and I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for me.The rest of the staff has also been so lovely! I can’t recommend enough.

After waiting much too long to deal with a work-related neck and shoulder issue that was severely impacting my quality-of-life, I started coming to West End Physio this past spring. The clinic is always quiet and calm, the staff are always helpful and smiley, and Bryan has listened to every complaint, every concern, with endless patience (and always a smile behind his mask!), and he’s absolutely gotten me back on my feet. I’m so pleased, I’d recommend this clinic to anyone. 🙂

This place is great. Things run on time. Front office staff are excellent and courteous. I went for physio for an injury and once the diagnosis was done there was a clear treatment plan even when I had to switch therapists. I received precise instructions on the exercises and feedback as my condition improved. The therapist took the time to show me how to do each one. Best of all, it worked!

If you’re looking for a professional, friendly and supportive well-being environment, you should try West end physiotherapy Clinic. I found this place after a car accident few months ago. I still going for my treatment. A special thank you to Bryan who take the time to do his job properly and never leave me go away with a headache. I recommend 100% this place!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I was hesitant to give them 5 stars only because it might mean more people would find out how great they are and I might have trouble getting in 😉

I am so happy with the treatment I received from Bryan Yau over the last couple of weeks. He really helped me deal with some debilitating back pain and muscle spasms. I look forward to getting treated by him again in the future, whether it is to deal with more muscle pain or simply to help me ease tension and relax.
