Gordon Restivo Physiotherapist

Gordon Restivo

(Bkin MPT)

Gordon is a licensed Physiotherapist with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Applied Computing, followed by a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Western University. He takes a patient-first approach to rehab, combining education, manual therapy, and exercise to help individuals move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter to them.

Gordon has a strong interest in strength and exercise-based rehabilitation, working with both active individuals and those looking to become more active. He frequently treats people dealing with nagging aches and pains, as well as injuries that haven’t improved with previous treatment, helping them understand what’s going on and move forward with a clear plan.

His approach focuses on building strength, improving movement, and increasing what your body can handle so you can return to sport, training, or daily life with confidence. He emphasizes not just reducing pain, but helping people stay active and avoid recurring issues.

As a former competitive rower and swimmer, Gordon continues to stay active through regular gym training and sports including ultimate frisbee and spikeball. He also enjoys backcountry camping and skiing. Outside of physical activity, he enjoys singing, musicals, and binging TV.

Gordon works with each individual to create practical, goal-driven plans that support a confident and lasting return to activity. If you’re at all uncertain if physiotherapy is right for you, reach out to the clinic and ask for Gordon to contact you. You can also book with him directly online HERE.
