Our Team

Paulina Inocencio completed the Medical Office Assistance course in 1990. After completing the program she worked at two other medical offices before she started to work at West End Physiotherapy Clinic in 1994.

Paulina is very much dedicated in helping the team as much as possible, and more importantly she truly loves and enjoys assisting and interacting with the patients. She truly feels privileged to be able to work for a clinic that has been so well renowned in Vancouver for over 30 years.

When not in the clinic, Paulina enjoys quality time with her children, playing and enjoying the beautiful parks of Vancouver, going for walks and discovering new trails.

I started working at West End Physiotherapy clinic in 1994 and have made a lot of friends along the way! This clinic has given me the opportunity to witness and work with such talented and amazing therapists and it is a pleasure to come to work each day. After being here for so long I just feel like this is home to me. To be able to come to work and still be inspired and driven to this day is such a bonus. I honestly could not see myself anywhere else but at this clinic!
