A beneficial calf stretch aids in enhancing leg and ankle flexibility, alleviating muscle soreness, and minimizing the likelihood of potential injuries. This particular stretching routine is among our preferred exercises, especially during the summer after extended walks.
How-To Steps:
- Position yourself facing a wall or another sturdy support.
- Place both hands against the wall and extend one foot behind you (keeping it flat on the floor).
- Bend the opposite knee and lean towards the wall.
- Maintain this stance for 30 seconds, then switch sides and repeat.
