How-To Steps:
- At a sturdy desk, place your hands about shoulder width apart and straighten your elbows. Step your feet back so that you are in an elevated plank position with your body perpendicular to your arms.
- Tighten your core and bend your elbows to lower yourself towards your desk, and press back up to the starting position.
