Dumbbell Calf Raises

Looking to strengthen your lower legs and improve balance? Try dumbbell calf raises: a quick, 5 minute exercise.

How-To Steps:

  1. With your feet about shoulder-width apart, hold a dumbbell in each hand – the weight should be something you’re comfortable with holding for a few minutes.
  2. Keep your arms straight and relaxed at your sides, lift onto your toes, then lower back down with control.

Do 10 reps, 3 times.
