Frog Stretch
This exercise is great for your hip and groin region. A relaxing stretch that promotes range of motion in the hips, the easy frog pose is great for a calm stretching and relaxation session.
How-To Steps:
- Start by lying on the ground, with your stomach down, and then bend you knees in together so your feet touch. Make sure to keep you hips and knees touching the ground.
- Raise your body off of the ground, keeping you knees touching the ground. Depending on your flexibility, your hips may raise off of the ground.
*Reps: 83-5 Duration: 30-60 seconds Frequency: 2-4 times/week.
