Knee Extension Exercise

We’re big fans of the knee extension exercise—it’s a breeze to set up, and you don’t have to hassle with getting down on the floor, which can be a bit tricky for some folks. This move is perfect for strengthening those quad muscles, making it super helpful for various knee and hip conditions. It’s a safe workout, and you’ll definitely feel the burn!

How-To Steps:

  1. Sit in a chair with both feet flat on the floor and knees bent to 90 degrees. Place a circle band (or a resistance band tied up to form a loop) around your feet.
  2. Gradually extend one knee while keeping the other anchored on the floor, creating resistance against the band.
  3. Extend the knee fully, hold for 10 seconds, and then release. Repeat this sequence 10 times.

*Never do an exercise that causes you pain*
