Posture Stretch
This posture stretch is a great exercise if you are looking to stretch your upper back and neck. This posture stretch is a deep stretch that will tire your back muscles, which makes it a good stretch!
How-To Steps:
- Begin leaning against a wall, with your hips, shoulder blades, and head touching the wall.
- Stand tall and tuck in your chin. Then raise your arms over your head without moving any points of contact with the wall.
- Slowly repeat 10-15 times.
