- Sit upright at the edge of a chair and place your leg fully outstretched in front of you.
- Reach towards your toes with the arm on the same side as the outstretched leg.
- Reach as far as you need to until you feel a stretch in the back of your leg
- Hold this for 30 seconds repeat on the other side.
