Seated Spinal Twist
The seated spinal twist is great for a quick back and shoulder stretch. Done right in your chair as a quick break from work this simple stretch provide a posture reset from slouching at the desk all day.
How-To Steps:
- Sit on a chair with your right leg crossed over the left leg.
- Bring the left hand over your legs and place the back of your hand against your legs
- Swing the right hand over the back of the chair and pull towards yourself until you feel a stretch in your back
*Hold the stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeat on the other side. Do this stretch as needed as a break to get moving throughout the day!
