Supine Toe Tap

This exercise is a great core exercise, with no additional equipment needed and no stress on the back.

How-To Steps:

  1. Start by lying on your back with your legs up and knees bent to 90 degrees.
  2. Gently touch one foot down the ground and return back to the starting position. Alternate feet and repeat.

*Reps: 8-15 Sets: 2-5 Frequency: 2-4 times/week.
