The Forklift – Shoulder Exercise
Here’s a fantastic shoulder exercise that works wonders for stability and helps ease any discomfort during overhead tasks.
How-To Steps:
- Grab a resistance band and pull it outward until it’s under tension, with your elbows at your sides and bent to 90 degrees.
- Keep that tension as you lift your arms overhead. Make sure your elbows don’t come together; they should stay the same distance apart throughout the entire motion.
- Slowly go back to the starting position and give it another go.
- Repeat for a good shoulder workout!
