Toy Soldiers
This is a great dynamic exercise to improve mobility. Easy to do and vary depending on flexibility, this is a great exercise to include in your warmups.
How-To Steps:
- Start standing on both feet, hip width apart
- Kick one leg up and return to starting position. Alternate feet and do the same.
*Reps: 8-15 Sets: 2-5 Frequency: 2-4 times/week.
