Wrist Exercise

Wrist Strengthening Exercise
This exercise is a great way to strengthen the wrist muscles and improve your wrist flexibility and range of motion. This is also great for someone with hyper-mobile wrists or to re-introduce loading of the wrist joint following an injury!
How-To Steps:
- Rest your forearm on a table. Hold your wrist over the edge of the table with a small weight.
- With your palm facing down, lift the top of your hand towards the ceiling while keeping your forearm on the table.
- Once your wrist is at its full range of motion, hold the position for a few seconds and then lower your hand back to its original position.
- Repeat as prescribed. You may also repeat this exercise with your palm facing up, lifting your palm towards the ceiling instead.

*Never do an exercise that causes you pain*
